Hundred Stories is an obituary/ cemetery service for deleted or censored social media accounts, empowered by encryption and decentralization technology.

On submission of an obituary, a tamper-proof record would be left in the very corner of the internet. At the same time, a one-of-a-kind virtual relic, an NFT, will be generated according to the information of the late avatar.

In response to Big Tech's power and ownership of our virtual selves, this project seeks to provide an alternative way of carrying on the digital memories referencing the traditional death rituals. Instead of buried in their inaccessible servers, a trace of existence shall be preserved out there through this project.
