Though actually they are from different stores, all the customer services of TAOBAO, Alibaba's biggest online shopping platform in China, seem to use a same style of language. It is commonly known as the TAOBAO style. We studied the structure of the language and looked for reasons behind this phenomenon in psychology. 

We came up with a set of prints, including a Usage Instruction for TAOBAO Style and a specially bound tearable book.
